Frequently Asked Questions
What is Naya Therapy?
Naya Therapy is custom-built for you in your 20s—a time full of career shifts, relationship changes, big dreams…and real stress. And you’re not alone:
- 1 in 3 young adults (ages 18–25) experience a mental illness each year—and about 1 in 10 face serious mental illness—according to NAMI.org.
- Nearly half (49%) of Americans aged 18–29 report symptoms of anxiety or depression NAMI.org
- Most mental health conditions begin by age 24—75% of them NAMI.org
That matters because early care can be a game-changer. At Naya, we get what it’s like to juggle independence, identity, pressure—and we know what helps.
Our therapists specialize in the real-life stuff you’re facing: career anxiety, dating stress, adulting worries, self-confidence, and figuring out your path. We offer a space that’s safe, affirming, and totally centered on where you are now.
So instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Naya is built for your decade—your moment—to help you thrive, not just survive.
Call or text us at 863-320-2545 to verify your benefits and setup an appointment. Currently, Naya is only available in Pennsylvania.
